INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this webinar is to provide clarity,
structure, and practical guidance on the French e-invoicing and
e-reporting mandate, one of the most ambitious and complex tax
digitisation reforms in Europe. In collaboration with
Thibault Samson, founder of The Invoicing Hub and a
recognised expert in the French and European e-invoicing
ecosystem, Arratech brings together deep regulatory
insight and hands-on implementation experience.
From September 2026 onwards, electronic invoicing
will become mandatory for most domestic B2B transactions in France,
alongside compulsory e-reporting of tax-relevant data to the French
tax authority (DGFiP). The reform affects companies of all sizes
and extends well beyond invoicing, impacting tax reporting, ERP
integrations, data governance, and cross-border transaction
flows.
What makes the French mandate particularly
challenging is its complexity and constant evolution: multiple
deadlines, new mandatory actors such as accredited platforms (PA)
and the public portal (PPF), enforced invoice formats, invoice
lifecycle status exchanges, periodic reporting obligations, and a
regulatory framework shaped by frequently updated technical
specifications and legal texts, largely published in French and
across multiple sources.
This webinar is designed to help organisations cut
through that complexity. Together, Arratech and The Invoicing Hub
will explain how the mandate works in practice, what is required at
each stage, and how companies can prepare their systems, processes,
and data flows in a structured, compliant, and future-proof
way.
Whether you are established in France or part of an
international group impacted by French B2B, B2C, or cross-border
transactions, this session will help you move from awareness to
readiness with confidence.
